What are VOSA Governing Documents?

The main purpose of VOSA Governing Documents is to provide the legal structure and operations of the association. These documents help define the rights, and obligations of both the community members and the association itself. They work to create a relationship between the association and homeowner, establish mechanisms for governing and funding the overall operation, as well as set rules and standards for those involved to abide by.

What are included within VOSA Governing Documents?  

Within these documents there is a basic outline of how your association or management company will do the following;

  • Make an effort to protect homeowners and the community.
  • Work to constantly enhance property value.
  • Continually promote harmonious living

More specifically you’ll find:

  • Recorded Map, Plat, or Plan
  • Declaration of the Condominium
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Bylaws
  • Rules and Regulations (Board Resolutions)

A registered owner may download the Governing Documents from VOSA website villasofstagnes.com (FrontSteps portal).

A non-registered owner may request a printed copy of the Governing Documents by filling out the online form to request the Governing Documents.

  • A $50 fee must be paid by check for the Governing Documents of the Association.

A registered owner may download the Insurance Documents from VOSA website villasofstagnes.com (FrontSteps portal).

A non-registered owner may request an electronic copy of the Insurance Documents by filling out the online form to request the Insurance Documents.

VOSA is using TenantEvaluation for screening of buyers, tenants, occupants. Once the background report is received by the Board, they will make a decision (approval / denial) within 30 days.
